We treat your home, your keys and property as if they were our own. All of our cleaners are interviewed, criminal record bureau (CRB) checked. In an unlikely event of an unfortunate accident to your personal belongings or a member of our staff whist in your home we have comprehensive insurance which covers both our staff and your possessions. Your house keys and any burglar alarm details are kept in a secure safe which are accessible only when needed by our staff and are locked away at all other times. In the unlikely event your keys are lost or misplaced our insurance will cover the cost of a replacement lock to your door. Your keys will be tagged by use of a numbering system and under no circumstances will we disclose your address to anyone, only your designated cleaning team will have access to your property.
At Sally’s Cleaning Angels, we clean your home just the way you want it - guaranteed! In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with our cleaning service then please let us know and we will return to your home and re-clean whatever is in question at no additional charge. All we ask is that you let us know within one business day after the cleaning. We promise to correct it by returning at the earliest possible moment.
